Leading Aspen's NSW operations, Clem is responsible for the successful delivery of complex joinery projects from planning through to completion. He works closely with clients, design teams, manufacturing and installation teams to ensure every project is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

With more than 35 years' experience in the commercial joinery and fit-out industry, Clem has led projects across workplace, education, healthcare, hospitality and retail. Throughout his career, he has held senior project and operational leadership roles, including owning and operating his own business for more than 20 years. This breadth of experience has shaped his approach to project delivery, commercial management, client engagement and team leadership.
