Dan leads the delivery of Aspen's major projects, coordinating project managers, site teams and manufacturing to ensure complex joinery packages are delivered safely, efficiently and to the best possible standard. His role spans programme coordination, commercial management, stakeholder relationships and quality oversight, helping keep projects on track while managing operational and financial risk.

In partnership with builders, architects, clients and suppliers, Dan helps guide projects from planning through to completion, balancing programme, quality and commercial outcomes across Aspen's portfolio.
