Naira coordinates joinery projects from design through to manufacturing, delivery and installation, working closely with clients, consultants, suppliers and Aspen's internal teams to keep projects moving from concept to completion. Every project brings a different set of challenges, requiring close coordination and clear communication to achieve successful outcomes.

With more than 14 years' experience in the construction industry, Naira began her career on large residential developments before moving into commercial projects. A background in Architecture has given her a strong understanding of design and technical documentation, while her experience in joinery has developed a detailed appreciation for delivering projects from start to finish.
