Raph leads Aspen's estimating team, overseeing tender submissions, project costing and the integration of estimating with the broader business. His role includes reviewing opportunities, managing workflows and continually refining processes through new technology and more efficient ways of working, helping ensure every project begins on a strong commercial foundation.

With several years of experience in commercial joinery and a background in timber furniture, Raph brings a practical understanding of both craftsmanship and construction. Combined with extensive management experience and a long-standing interest in mathematics, engineering and problem solving, he has developed a methodical approach to estimating complex joinery projects.
