Project Overview
Deloitte’s headquarters at Sydney’s Quay Quarter Tower is a landmark workplace that sets a benchmark for innovation, sustainability and employee wellbeing. Designed by Hassell and delivered by MPA, the fit-out spans 14 floors and approximately 27,000 m² within one of Australia’s most-awarded commercial buildings. The workplace reflects Deloitte’s global brand while creating an environment that supports collaboration, connection and new ways of working within a highly sustainable building.
PROJECT SCOPE
Aspen manufactured and installed bespoke architectural joinery and wall panelling throughout the workplace, delivering custom solutions across reception areas, workspaces, meeting rooms, breakout spaces and lift lobbies. The package incorporated premium finishes, curved timber profiles, custom aluminium detailing and precision-crafted joinery, requiring a consistently high level of manufacturing quality across a project of exceptional scale. Every element was produced to complement Hassell’s workplace vision while supporting the premium character of Deloitte’s new headquarters.
PROJECT DELIVERY
Delivering bespoke joinery across 14 floors required rigorous planning, supplier coordination and disciplined project management. Premium materials, specialist finishes and complex custom elements were coordinated through detailed documentation, structured production planning and close collaboration between drafting, manufacturing and installation teams. As the project evolved, Aspen successfully integrated additional scope while maintaining programme requirements, quality standards and consistency across every level. The result was a highly coordinated delivery that matched the scale, complexity and premium expectations of one of Sydney’s most significant commercial workplace developments.
