Project Overview
Aspen is currently delivering the bespoke architectural joinery package for AVRA Bondi Beach, an ultra-luxury residential development by Clutch and Lords Group. Located just steps from Bondi Beach, AVRA comprises 18 highly crafted residences, including expansive three-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom penthouses. Designed by PBD Architects with interiors by Woods Bagot, the development draws inspiration from Bondi’s coastal landscape through sculptural curves, natural materials and refined detailing.
PROJECT SCOPE
Aspen’s scope encompasses bespoke joinery throughout the luxury residences, with a strong focus on precision detailing, premium finishes and seamless integration with the architectural interiors. The joinery forms an integral part of the residences’ refined material palette, complementing elements such as natural stone, timber, textured finishes and bronze accents to create sophisticated, highly considered living environments.
PROJECT DELIVERY
Currently under construction, AVRA represents a significant premium residential project requiring meticulous coordination and precision across highly detailed interiors. Aspen is working closely with the project team to manufacture and install the joinery to the exacting standards expected of this high-end development. With completion anticipated in 2027, the project will showcase Aspen’s capability in delivering bespoke residential joinery where craftsmanship, materiality and attention to detail are central to the finished outcome.
