Craig leads Aspen's drafting team, overseeing the production of shop drawings and manufacturing documentation that translate design intent into precise, buildable joinery. He manages workflow across the team, provides technical guidance and quality control, and is responsible for developing internal capabilities through mentoring, training and the introduction of new drafting tools and techniques.

Craig began his career with a Certificate III in Cabinetmaking, spending seven years manufacturing office furniture before moving into residential kitchens, where he worked as a Production Manager and Drafter for a decade. This combination of hands-on manufacturing and technical drafting experience gives him a practical understanding of how quality documentation supports successful project delivery.

For Craig, the most rewarding part of the role is working alongside a skilled team and seeing a project evolve from a simple drawing into a completed installation.
