Brad Edwards leads the delivery of complex joinery projects across NSW for Aspen,
working closely with clients, builders, architects, consultants and internal teams to coordinate projects through every stage. As Senior Project Manager, he oversees programme, procurement, commercial management, quality and project coordination, ensuring each project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

Working across Aspen's project management, estimating, manufacturing and installation, he helps translate design intent into practical outcomes on site. Brad’s role involves managing the many moving parts of a project, maintaining clear communication between stakeholders and addressing challenges early to keep projects progressing as planned.

With a strong focus on organisation, accountability, and collaboration, Brad builds positive relationships across every project. He understands that successful delivery relies on careful planning, experienced teams and consistent attention to detail, particularly when managing complex joinery packages within demanding programmes.
