Riaan oversees the delivery of Aspen's Queensland projects, managing teams, programmes, budgets and stakeholder relationships from concept through to completion. Working closely with clients, consultants, suppliers and site teams, he helps guide complex projects through every stage while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety and programme outcomes.

Before joining Aspen, Riaan owned and operated his own businesses for 15 years. That experience shaped his approach to successful project delivery, reinforcing the importance of strong client relationships, high standards, and continually improving how projects are delivered.
