As a Project Manager, Ricarda oversees the planning, coordination and delivery of Aspen's joinery projects, bringing people, processes and priorities together to keep every stage moving with clarity and confidence. From scheduling and resource management through to stakeholder coordination and problem solving, she helps ensure projects are delivered as promised.

Before joining Aspen, Ricarda spent many years delivering high-end luxury retail environments, working alongside international design and development teams on premium projects. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of designers, consultants and skilled trades gave her a deep appreciation for the planning, precision and teamwork required to transform ambitious concepts into beautifully realised spaces.

For Ricarda, the most rewarding part of the role is seeing ideas move from drawings into environments that people can experience every day. She enjoys the variety and responsibility that comes with Aspen's projects, along with the opportunity to keep learning, take on new challenges and continually refine the way projects are delivered.
