Aspen partnered with Studio 103 to deliver the complete bespoke architectural joinery package for McCormack’s new Melbourne workplace, located on Level 38 of 80 Collins Street in the Paris end of Melbourne’s CBD. Designed as a dual-brand environment for McCormack and Studio 103, the workplace balances two distinct identities within a single, cohesive space. A refined material palette, flexible planning and contemporary workplace design create an environment that supports collaboration, wellbeing, productivity and long-term growth while reflecting McCormack’s enduring commitment to quality and excellence.
PROJECT SCOPE
Aspen manufactured and installed a comprehensive suite of bespoke architectural joinery throughout the workplace. The scope included feature reception joinery, meeting room joinery, detailed workstations, kitchen joinery, utility areas, breakout islands, banquette seating, credenzas, acoustic wall panelling and a range of custom architectural joinery elements. Careful material selection and a cohesive palette create visual continuity and a strong sense of identity across the fit-out, while precision craftsmanship, thoughtful detailing and seamless integration with the architectural vision ensure every element balances aesthetic appeal with practical workplace functionality.
