Dual facilities, one operation

Architectural joinery at the scale Aspen delivers relies on more than skilled craftsmanship. It depends on the strength of the manufacturing operation behind it. That’s why we’ve invested in facilities, technology and people that allow us to deliver projects across Australia with the same consistency, precision and attention to detail.

Aspen operates multiple manufacturing facilities that function as a single integrated operation. Our larger Armidale facility produces around 60% of our manufacturing output, while our Sydney facility specialises in painted, veneer and solid timber joinery, supported by a dedicated spray booth and experienced cabinet makers.

Across both locations, our in-house drafting team, production managers and logistics managers work together through a shared workflow. Every project follows the same process, regardless of where it is manufactured.

About
Custom joinery by Aspen

Built for projects Australia-wide

Our dual manufacturing model allows work to move between facilities as priorities change. Production capacity can be balanced across sites, urgent programmes can be accommodated, and projects across multiple states can be coordinated by a single connected team.

The model also provides resilience. Should one facility experience disruption, manufacturing can continue, reducing the risk of delays for our clients. Combined with established supply networks across the eastern seaboard, Aspen has the flexibility to source materials quickly and maintain momentum throughout delivery.

Precision at every stage

Investment in advanced Homag manufacturing technology allows us to produce large volumes of joinery with exceptional consistency and accuracy. Specialist capabilities and precision machining for complex hardware allow more work to be completed in-house while maintaining quality throughout the process.

Of course, when it comes to the highest-quality joinery, technology only goes so far. Behind every machine is an experienced team of cabinetmakers whose craftsmanship ensures every detail meets the Aspen standard.

Proven at scale

Projects such as TAFE Bankstown demonstrate how Aspen’s capability comes together in practice. The project involved the delivery of architectural joinery across 8-floors and 10,000 sqm, delivered through a four-month manufacturing programme requiring 6,000 manufacturing hours.

That’s just one example of the way Aspen works every day, bringing together large-scale manufacturing, refined processes and skilled craftsmanship to deliver at the quality we’re known for.
